MICRO-NUTRIENTS -
- -
With the food supply that is available in the United States today, our
meals each day could have
the perfect balance in fats, carbohydrates and proteins - but we could still
have long-term, chronic
deficiencies in critically important
micro-nutrients (vitamins & minerals).
According to independent
research, chronic
deficiencies in certain micronutrients
mimic radiation in damaging DNA by causing
single and double-strand breaks, oxidative
lesions, or both - leading to cancer and other health problems.
